·Our salmon products cover wild pacific salmon fisheries including pink salmon, keta salmon and sockeye salmon.
·All wild pacific salmon processed are sourced from US (Alaska), Russia and Canada (FAO 67 or FAO 61), mostly MSC certified.
·We produce skin on boneless salmon portions, skinless and boneless salmon portions, salmon steaks and B&P salmon blocks.
· We control our fish temperatures below 5℃ throughout processing to maintain a very high quality of finished product.
· We can either pack glazed, loose in bags/cartons or individually vac-packed (IVP) in bags/cartons..
· We are able to grade tightly and can offer a set number of portions per pack or case.
· We are able to offer Pacific salmon with MSC accreditation.
